The 6-Week GTM Plan:
Weeks 1-2: Circulate & Evaluate
We take a hands-in approach through 1:1 executive interviews to learn about successes, failures and individual pain points so we can get a clear picture of what’s working and what’s not to get a personal history of past marketplace successes and failures. Paired with that, we start on both a competitive and marketplace analysis to see where your product, brand or service “fits” and uncover potential blindspots and opportunities. We’ll make sure that we are targeting the right audiences while making sure stakeholders are informed every step of the way.
Weeks 3-4: Aggregate & Marinate
Once our evaluation stage is completed, we aggregate our internal and external insights. We soak in all in and parse the information to extract storylines and solution sets that will work for your business, and where. And for whom. From there, we’ll circle back with executives for follow up discussions as necessary and identify the key tenets for the ideal path(s) forward.
Weeks 5-6: Elevate & Integtate
Let the writing begin! We’ll put it all to digital paper and give you a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan, complete with tactics to ensure that the paths and reasoning are crystal clear.
